Leia's Dual Wield Mod, version 0.2.

Unzip the file into your Morrowind folder. Make sure you keep the directory structure intact. NIF files go in the Meshes folder, BMP files go in the Textures folder.

New weapons are appearing in Vvardenfell! Stronger than steel yet lighter in weight, these fine weapons are forged by the Master Weaponsmiths of the Altmer. The High Elves always forge these weapons in pairs so that they may be wielded together, in a traditional Altmer fighting style.
One weapon is always balanced for attack, the other for defense. Rumors abound of more merchants bearing these matched pairs of runic weapons travelling north to Morrowind...Until then, the Fighter's Guild has managed to get their greedy little paws on a few.

All the 6 weapons in this release can be found within The Balmora Guild of Fighters. They are arranged in weapon racks near to the Redguard vendor.

This MOD makes the following changes to Morrowind:

I am not responsible for making your game no fun if you choose to run around with the two daedric weapons! This Mod is for testing purposes only, and it'll probably change A LOT before it is done. Don't be upset if stuff changes over the versions, and I'm not responsible if my changes make your save games do funky things. :D

Everything in this Mod except the ESP, which belong to Bethesda, and the untextured Katana mesh, which belongs to Ian Thompson, is copyright 2002 Martin D. Jordan. I'd like to thank Ian for letting me use his untextured Katana model for this Mod. It's very nice to work with, and your textures look fine. I just prefer my own. :)
